Our founder Albin brings years of professional gastronomy experience to Fresca Vivo, combined with a genuine passion for quality food concepts that bring people together. Having worked in Berlin's restaurant scene and experienced its incredible food culture firsthand, the vision for Fresca Vivo grew from a desire to create something truly different , a café centred around the croffle, with ice cream, specialty coffee and healthy options all under one roof.

We are proud to be part of the Friedrichshain community, one of Berlin's most creative, diverse and food-loving neighbourhoods. Our customers are our neighbours, our regulars are our friends, and every person who visits kapi by Fresca Vivo for the first time quickly becomes both.

What makes us different:

We make our croffles fresh to order, not pre-made, not reheated. When you order, we make it. That's why it's always hot, always crispy and always exactly right.

We care about options for everyone. Whether you love a classic croffle or prefer something plant-based and vegan, or want a high-protein option after your workout our menu has been designed with you in mind.We take coffee seriously. We work with Berlin's finest specialty roaster with a legacy built over 26+ years to bring you espresso, lattes and iced coffees that are a genuine step above the ordinary.

And we keep things fresh. Our seasonal specials change regularly, our flavours rotate with the months and it’s worth trying.

Introducing KAPI by fresca Vivo a fresh, contemporary brand created with quality and great taste at its heart.

Fresca Vivo was born from a simple idea : that a neighbourhood deserves a place where the food is genuinely good, a taste berlin haven’t tried yet ,the atmosphere is warm, and you always leave with a smile.

The name means "fresh and alive" in Italian and that's exactly what we aim to be. Fresh in our ingredients, alive in our energy, and always made with real care for every person who walks through our door.
